30-Day Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Because our items are custom-printed to order, we accept return requests for:

Wrong items received
Damaged or defective products
Unworn, unwashed items in new condition (e.g., size exchanges)

All refund and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at help@springriversupply.com to start a return.

Starting a Return

Email help@springriversupply.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please do not mail an item back without contacting us first.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label. We do not charge return shipping for approved returns.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring the original item to be returned.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We may deny a return if an item shows signs of wear, washing, intentional damage, or misuse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

After reviewing the request, we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Size, Color, or Change-of-Mind Returns

For a different size or color, we may provide a replacement or process a refund so you can place a new order. Replacement products are subject to availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We normally process refunds within five business days after receiving the returned item or approving a no-return resolution.

Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
