Spring River Supply Co LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are based on the order subtotal shown at checkout:

Orders from $0.00 through $39.99: $4.99
Orders from $40.00 through $74.99: $6.98
Orders of $75.00 or more: Free shipping

Estimated Delivery Time

Our products are made to order. Most orders are produced and generally delivered within 5 to 8 business days after the order is placed. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Business days do not include weekends or major holidays. Delivery may take longer during busy seasons, product shortages, severe weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking

We will email tracking information when your order ships. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order enters production or ships, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Delayed or Missing Packages

Carrier delays may occur after an order ships. If your tracking has not updated or your package appears to be missing, contact us so we can help investigate.
